Kathy DeVoy presented to the recipients of “Women Pursuing Degrees in Ag” hosted by California Women for Agriculture. The reception was Wednesday, June 29th at Tanimura and Antle Headquarters and was held to present scholarship awards to this year’s recipients.

Kathy has been working in the agricultural industry for just over 30 years and shared some of her triumphs and tribulations with the group. Although she had so much to share, she closed with 3 simple statements that she felt were keys to success:

1. Trust yourself
2. Be prepared and organized
3. Always thank the people who help you out, no matter what their status or position
